Seems the underside of some tubing was painted dark green and the top dark blue, (but that's not consistent), and they were faded into each other. In daylight it's sometimes dark green, or blueish. The "spider veins" are still evident, but I believe I have successfully negated all corrosion. It has minor filoform corrosion, mostly radiating from the top tube cable guides, which I treated with phosphoric acid and sealed.
